“I am not this hair, I am not this skin. I am the soul that lives within.” – Rumi

Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, teens, and couples throughout California. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a space of safety, respect, compassion, and genuine support. Within that space, we work together to gently move through emotional blocks, gain meaningful insight, and build the inner strength needed for lasting change.

My Journey
In addition to my professional training, my work is deeply shaped by my own life experiences. As a Stage III cancer survivor, I have walked through the profound loss of my own health—and I’m grateful to now be over ten years cancer-free. Throughout my life, I have also experienced deep grief and personal challenges that required me to do my own inner healing work.

These experiences have strengthened my belief that we are truly wired to heal—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I know firsthand that meaningful transformation is possible.

As Rumi so beautifully expressed, we are more than our bodies, and more than the painful stories we carry. When we connect with the deeper part of ourselves—the steady, grounded presence within—we can begin to soothe our wounds and move toward healing in meaningful ways. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients in this process of transformation.

Experience
With over 30 years of experience in hospice and psychotherapy counseling, and thousands of hours of advanced training, I bring both depth and skill to the work we do together.
